On July 30, the seminar of Big Data Analysis for Graduate students Education Quality Special Research was held in Zhejiang university. Deputy Director of the Academic Degree Center of the Ministry of Education, Ren Zenglin, Director of the information department, Zhou Xuejun attended the meeting. The Degree Center invited Beijing Institute of Technology's Degree and Postgraduate Education Research Center Director Wang Zhanjun, Prof. Yan Guangcai,Director of the Institute of higher education of the East China normal university, Mr. Tian Feng, Xi’an Jiaotong University Analysis Algorithms and Big Data Technology National Engineering Laboratory Demonstration Application Center, Mr. Wang Li, professor of the School of Economics and Management of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Tian Huazhou, Dean of the Graduate School of Zhejiang university,and other experts to attend the meeting.

The project team of the degree center reported the working ideas and progress of the project.Director Lu Genshu, Deputyp Director Xufei and colleagues from West China Higher Education Evaluation Center of Xi’an Jiaotong University reportedabout the special analysis research paper, the postgraduate education quality monitoring and analysis system and the big data algorithm model research progress in the research work, and the difficult problems of the project and research plans in the next step.The participating experts discussed on research subject orientation, value significance, the research and development trends of the next step, from different angles on the limited target, and provided suggestions on completing research topic, selecting key indicators, forming phased research results, expansion of data resource, information user services, fair and objective evaluation of the quality of talent training and social contribution.
