On June 26, the West China Higher Education Evaluation Center of Xi'an Jiaotong University published the Employment Quality Index Report of Shaanxi Universities and Colleges and Majors Graduates in 2018for the first time.

The report is the first evaluation report on the employment quality index of college and professional graduates at the provincial level in China. It puts forward the evaluation indexes of the employment quality index of universities and professional graduates in Shaanxi Province. Five indicators, namely, the employment rate, the turnover rate, the income level, the professional matching degree and the employment satisfaction degree, are selected to construct the universities and colleges employment quality index in Shaanxi Province. Based on the survey data of graduates of Shaanxi universities and colleges in 2017, the report calculates the employment quality index of the graduates of 50 universities and 202 specialties, 58 higher vocational colleges and 134 specialties in Shaanxi Province, and then classifies the employment quality of the universities and specialties in Shaanxi Province according to the employment quality index of the graduates.
